Welcome
With another bee comes another rendition of the Beehive! Yes, you're looking at a new and improved site, launched November 2007. Nikki has been working on getting back into the swing of design and has recently been studying up on some new techniques that are demonstrated in this site.
While it's not new technology, the new Beehive is FINALLY built purely on CSS and XHTML. It is cleaner, faster, smaller and less complex than the old methods of HTML, tables and spaghetti code. Better yet, it's completely accessible and extensible so go ahead, view it on your pda and you'll be able to read it like regular pages of content.
Take a look around the hive. We're happy to have you. You'll find current updates on the family trips and travels (buzzing around), information on Nikki and Mark's work including portfolios and resumes (worker bees), and of course, the site wouldn't be complete without the kids so come see what we've all been up to in the hive! There's also a new photo log which houses all the photos and requires username and password for access. Email us if you're unable to view it.
